Where We Ship
We currently ship all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- During sales or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is on the way.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.
- Please make sure someone is available to collect the package and pay at the time of delivery.
- If you refuse or miss your COD order without notice, future orders may require advance payment.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate from PKR 150 to PKR 250. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
- Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 4,000.
- For orders below PKR 4,000, a flat shipping fee will apply (visible at checkout).
- Occasionally, we may run special free shipping promotions, keep an eye out!
Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.
- Remote or out-of-service areas may take extra time.
- We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control, but we’ll always assist you in tracking your order.

- Once dispatched, we’ll share tracking details via email.
- You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or our support team.
