Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, choose your size/color, and click Add to Cart. Once ready, head to checkout and fill in your delivery details.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes! You can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Q: Do you accept online payments?
A: Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery. Online payment options will be added soon.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days (depending on your city).
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At the moment, we only deliver within Pakistan.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number with you via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes! Returns/exchanges are accepted if requested within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
A: Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case we’ll cover it.
Refunds
Q: How do refunds work?
A: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days.
Q: Can I get a cash refund at delivery time?
A: No, refunds are only processed after return approval.
Products & Sizing
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: We offer standard sizes Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). Please select the size you usually wear in similar clothing. If you’re unsure, our team will be happy to guide you, just reach out before placing your order.
Q: Are colors exactly as shown in pictures?
A: We do our best to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
